Warranty

For one year from the date of purchase, Naturnest will replace defective parts at our discretion and at no cost to the customer. We will provide replacement parts, but installation is the customer’s responsibility.

This warranty applies only to customers who purchased directly from Naturnest or an authorized dealer and does not cover second-hand purchases. Proof of purchase is required for dealer purchases.

This warranty does not cover:

• UV damage to fabric or outer shell.
• Normal wear and tear or cosmetic blemishes from use.
• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or abuse.
• Damage from natural events (e.g., storms, strong winds).
• Aesthetic changes that do not affect functionality.
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications by the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

3. Refund or exchange processed upon inspection.
