Warranty

For one year from the date of purchase, NaturNest will replace defective parts at our discretion and at no cost to the customer. We will provide replacement parts, but installation is the customer's responsibility. This warranty applies only to customers who purchased directly from NaturNest or an authorized dealer and does not cover second-hand purchases.

This warranty does not cover: UV damage to fabric or outer shell; normal wear and tear or cosmetic blemishes; damage caused by misuse, accidents, or abuse; damage from natural events; aesthetic changes that do not affect functionality; or unauthorized repairs or modifications.

Shipping & Returns

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. Free shipping to the contiguous United States. Available for delivery to the US and Canada. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes.

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. To initiate a return, contact support@naturnest.com with your order number.
