⚠️ Important – Batch Compatibility Notice: Due to variations in production batches, the Polaris Series RTT for the U.S. market requires one of two crossbar diameters: 3 cm or 4 cm. Please measure the thickness of your vehicle’s aluminum canopy rail (as shown in the product images) before ordering so we can specify the correct size. Please consult customer service before placing your order to confirm the correct batch and diameter for your tent.

Measure the thickness of your aluminum canopy rail as shown in the product images. Contact support@naturnest.com or reach out via chat before ordering to confirm the correct diameter for your batch.

Warranty

For one year from the date of purchase, Naturnest will replace defective parts at our discretion and at no cost to the customer. Replacement parts are provided; installation is the customer’s responsibility.

Warranty applies only to direct Naturnest purchases or authorized dealers (proof of purchase required). Does not cover: UV damage, normal wear and tear, misuse, natural event damage, or unauthorized modifications.
