Disclaimer: Factory gas struts are rated at 55 lbs each. If mounting accessories to the crossbars, consider upgrading to our 67 lb struts. Do not exceed 67 lbs total weight, as this may damage the tent or reduce strut performance. We do not recommend sleeping in the tent with fully loaded crossbars—cold temperatures can weaken strut pressure. Use a hood strut clamp if needed for support. Ignoring these guidelines may lead to injury, void your warranty, or cause damage. Always follow the installation guide.
